Challenge

The client, a global healthcare company (NDA), was undergoing a comprehensive digital transformation to modernize its internal processes. The existing system relied on physical paper and plastic cards for various employee workflows, which were:

  1. Inconvenient and prone to loss or damage.
  2. Time-consuming to manage and replace.
  3. Not integrated, making access to essential resources cumbersome.

The client sought to replace these with a unified, digital solution: a ‘Digital Wallet’ to consolidate all essential employee cards and streamline day-to-day operations.

Scope & Services

  • Discovery Phase (Product Scoping): Collaborated closely with the client to define project scope and gather insights into employee needs. Identified key functionalities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and user expectations.

  • Informational Pages: Accessible guides and resources, such as how to report a complaint about the safety of our medicinal products & compliance-related information.
  • Submit Complaints or Medical Inquiries: A feature allowing employees to easily file product safety complaints or ask medical questions.
  • Report Work Attendance Status: Enables employees to log their current work status – in the office, working remotely, attending a meeting, or absent
  • Interactive Parking Reservation System: Book parking spots in the office using an interactive map for easy spot selection.
  • Marketing Activity Calendar: A dynamic calendar showcasing organizational events such as conferences, webinars, meetings, and other initiatives, helping employees stay updated on upcoming activities.
